The link at the right contains a database with the names and addresses of
all U.S. nursing homes. It was created as a resource to the
"Case Mix Conference" and is made available here. Select the link at
the right to download. When prompted, select save and then navigate to
the place on your computer to save the file. After files are
finished downloading, select open and select location of where the file
should be placed when it is decompressed. The decompressed file is a
Microsoft Access file that has name and address information which can be
exported to other electronic formats such as Excel. |
